I’m about to make the mad dash of final Christmas shopping, but wanted to share with you some cute gift ideas from my Fayetteville favorite, Maude Boutique.
Aztec Bag, $59: The trendy print and great neutral colors on this bag allow it to be carried with any outfit. Use the long-chain for day-to-day or detach the chain for a cute clutch and a night on the town.
Turquoise Long-Chain Pendant, $18: Who doesn’t love turquoise? It’s a necklace that can be worn with any color and the long chain means it sits low enough to be the perfect detail on any style top.
Voluspa Candle, $19: If you haven’t ever had one of these candles yet, you have to try one. Unique and lovely smells combine with fabulous designs make it a must for any woman’s home or apartment.
Knee Highs, $12: These adorable knee highs are a great little touch of color when sporting boots this winter. Pair them with a skirt or dress for spring! Gotta love things you can wear year round.
Fayetteville favorite, Maude Boutique, is full of great gift ideas even if you don’t know what her size is!
Tech Candy iPhone Case, $29: Perfect gift for any girl with an iPhone 4. The inside soft cover comes in two colors, so she can change her phone’s look when she gets bored with it. Don’t forget you can also buy just the red insert for only $10!
Gloves, $15: Who doesn’t love an adorable pair of gloves? The bow on these is the perfect touch of detail without being too girly.
Rose Hat, $25: Know a student at the U of A? This is the perfect hat for her. Warm and red, she’ll look stylish and smart on campus.
Last night we celebrated with my beautiful Studio 8 co-stylists at Mermaids in Fayetteville! It was such a fun evening with amazing food (must try the Ahi Tuna Tower, YUM). I definitely took advantage of the chance to get dressed up and went even a little farther with a makeover at my fav MAC counter with Bo! If you’ve never gone to get a makeover or even your eyes done, its such a treat and a creative way to update your look and makeup bag.
Bo used a lovely palette of teal and olive.. Sumptuous Olive and Plumage are the 2 I purchased :)
We used a lip shade I already own, Creme D’Nude, that Bo informed me is the shade Kim Kardashian wears! He paired the lip liner she also uses, Stripdown, to complete the look.
Here I am with my amazing MAC makeup artist, Bo! If you are in the Northwest Arkansas area, book an appointment with him at the Fayetteville Dillards!
Here’s my attempt at a waterfall braid on myself!
The deep V back, lace sleeve, teal Fumblin’ Foe dress is from my local fav, Maude Boutique on College Ave… This picture does it no justice!
The cold rainy weather ushered in my first opportunity to pull out the vintage fur I purchased from a friend this summer!
A shellac french mani from Karen at Revive Day Spa and my Coco Chanel Mademoiselle completed the look.
And my best accessory of the night… My handsome date!
Don’t forget to take a little time for yourselves this Christmas season when you get ready for your upcoming parties! Try out a new look, put on the Pandora Christmas station, and pour a little egg nog :)
