Gluten Free Cornbread

- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Medium Grind Cornmeal 
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 Tbsp agave nectar or 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk (I use almond milk)
- 1/4 cup of butter or I use grapeseed oil

Preheat oven to 425. 
Mix together dry ingredients. 
Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Do not over beat. 
Bake in a greased 8” square pan for 20-25 min. 
Butter and enjoy!
