Kevin Murphy Color Bug

On Monday, January 9th I had the honor of guest speaking for the Ft. Smith Junior League all about the wonderful world of hair styling!  It was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the new phenom product, the Color Bug.  Above is a pic of me applying the chalk-like product to Evan’s dark hair! 

I always start with dry hair and apply a pomade or working spray on the hair before the color bug.  Place a towel over your shoulders and work the bug into your desired strands.  Finish with some hair spray or brush through to get the desired about of color.  It washes out with your next shampoo!

Introducing the Color Bug by Kevin Murphy!!!  This chalk like product is the perfect solution to temporary, fun hair color that shampoos out.  This is a video demonstrating the ease of use and some products recommendations for optimal results.  Many of you have asked if the color bug can be used on dark hair and the answer is YES!  You will definitely want to coat your dry hair with a heavier pomade like BB Texture Cream before applying the Color Bug.  It comes in 3 colors: pink, peach, purple.
