Wedding Styles

Our very own Christina got married this past weekend and I was honored to style some of her lovely maids.

soft waves and a twisted 1/2 back, one-side style on the lovely fashion blogger, Anna, AKA Tulip Louise.

Jax wanted a fishtail braid, but we wanted to make sure it stayed soft and elegant.  So, we braided it around the back of her head and secured it amidst her waves.

We wanted to create volume and height with Kara’s lovely hair, all while keeping it mostly down and wavy.. I love the texture of the twisted back sides into the loose bun.

Sometimes blunt bangs can be a challenge to work with..  We chose loose waves and a braided headband to soften Michelle’s bangs and keep symmetry.

Lovely bridal hair! Yesterday, I had the honor of styling my client and friend, Emily, for her wedding! We did a 1/2 up look with lots of waves and soft twists. I love the vintage brooch turned hair clip she brought. Emily was a gorgeous bride! Congratulations to the Curry’s!

Beautiful Bride

This weekend my beautiful cousin, Veronica, got married and I was honored to be a bridesmaid and her stylist :)

Unfortunately, we were so busy getting all the girls ready so I missed the opportunity to snap pics… but I got one more of her niece, Noelle.

Congratulations Veronica and Jordan!!!

Another fun wedding do from a summer wedding..

After teasing the crown and leaving the natural part and sides (in front of the ears) out, I made a low bun. Then grabbed sections (alternating sides) from the hair on the side twisting them back around the bun and securing with hair pins.

A fun little updo I did for Brooke a few months ago! I’ve seen it on Pinterest and wanted to include it here!

Yesterday I got to do wedding hair for Mindy’s beautiful wedding party in Fort Smith.  Talk about a gorgeous bridal party!  Loved getting to experiment with new styles and assist these ladies in getting ready.

Congrats to Mindy and Ryan Chronister!
